I longed for a step change to my results and weight control and looked with envy at those who seemed  to be in a much better place with their results.

I have changed for the better: I'm fitter slimmer and stronger and achieved those results I wanted.

My only regret is that I didn’t do it years ago!

Vicky has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is very skilled at knowing what training routines and exercises to give her clients to specifically address their strengths and weaknesses.

Her sessions comprise not only the use of the many machines and technology available but what seems like limitless different floor exercises to build both strength and flexibility.

Personal Training with Vicky has massively improved my overall strength and fitness, her ability to push me further than I think I can go is what motivates me to come back every week.

Each session is different but consistently focused on achieving my fitness goals. I can honestly say I can see a change in my body week after week.

The buddy that will never let me down or let myself down! Every week we have a good mix of activities.

Vicky has really tapped into my way of thinking, she knows that she needs to keep things fresh and fun, She can sense if I am on edge or not quite myself that day, she remains patient but still works me hard

Working with Vicky has been a great way to keep on track and set goals.

My fitness level is probably the best it has ever been! Vicky isn’t only my personal trainer but become a really good friend too. Best decision I have ever made, massive thanks to her!!

Vicky understood what I wanted to get out of the gym and helped me understand how to get fitter before I could get bigger.

Moving into lifting weights can be daunting but she’s made it really easy and has shown me a lot of variations to keep things fresh.
